AFTER SALES SERVICE SUPPORT

As a professional group, Enviro Instruments has striven to provide strong service support to ensure that instruments in field remain operational throughout the year in different parts of the country. Therefore, company has encouraged competent young professionals and trained them to assume responsibilities for servicing of Enviro Instruments products in different parts of country. We now have a well distributed support network.
From time to time Enviro Instruments organizes free service camps in almost all states of country, often reaching out to small towns and district centers in the countryside.

CALIBRATION

All Enviro Instruments products are calibrated soon after manufacture at its own calibration laboratory. This calibration is valid for one year from the date of its calibration. Thereafter, users can get their instruments recalibrated from Enviro Instruments which has a fully functional - In house calibration laboratory - Envirotech Calibration Laboratory (ECL), which is accredited by NABL for calibration in following disciplines:

Electro-Technical (Time)
Fluid Flow
Mechanical
Thermal

‘ON-SITE’ HANDS ON TRAINING

Even the best equipment can give erratic results if it is not handled properly. Therefore, it is important for a person using instrument to be adequately trained on its operation and maintenance.

Enviro Instruments makes consistent efforts to trainpersonnel of our users by organizing short training courses and workshops all over the country.

In recent past, hundred On- Site Training programs have been successfully conducted where in two hundred personnel's have been trained in operation and maintenance of the instruments. These courses have often been co-sponsored by the state pollution control boards and also included faculty from local regulatory agencies, universities and engineering colleges.
