Industrial Emission Monitoring

Indigenously developed weather monitor with sensors for Wind Speed, Wind Direction, Temperature, Humidity, Solar Radiation, Barometric Pressure and Rainfall. Windows based software provided to plot wind rose and prepare reports.

Ambient Air Monitoring

An objective of ambient air quality monitoring programs is to gauge the deterioration of air quality caused by local human activity. All micro organisms responsible for causing the large number of pathogen-caused respiratory, eye and skin diseases, various allergens, fibrous materials, heavy metals, metallic fumes and even many organic carcinogens are present in air in the form of suspended particulates.

Shop Floor Monitoring

While rural environments often have high levels of pesticides and other residues from sprays of weedicides and other chemicals used in modern farming, urban environments have high doses of a host of organics coming from paints & varnishes, lacquers, solvents, foam blowing agents, sprays etc. Also, Pollutants like SO2, NO2, Cl2, H2S, O3, NH3 etc. in ambient air, lead to health hazards, so need to be monitored and controlled.

Local Meteorology

The extent of dispersion of pollutants and their resultant ground level concentration (GLC) depends upon local meteorological parameters like wind speed, wind direction, atmospheric turbulence or stability and the mixing height. Wind Monitoring Systems are used by consultants, industry and researchers to generate micro-meteorological data.

Noise Monitoring

Excessive Noise is known to be harmful and as such Noise was explicitly included as a Pollutant to be controlled under the Environment Protection Act in February 2000. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has notified an ambient noise standard in June 2001.

Online Analyzers

The Syntech Spectra GC955 series 600 BTX analyser is built for the measurement of benzene, toluene and xylene isomers in ambient air. Measurement of benzene in ambient air is now mandatory as per NAAQS, 2009.For authorities wanting to measure benzene this instrument is the ideal choice.

AFTER SALES SERVICE SUPPORT

Enviro Instruments provides one year warranty for all its products. Anything found defective in manufacture or in workmanship is repaired or replaced during the warranty period. Thereafter, users can get into Annual Maintenance Contract with the company to seek service support for operation and maintenance of their instruments.

CALIBRATION

All Enviro Instruments products are calibrated soon after manufacture at its own calibration laboratory. This calibration is valid for one year from the date of its calibration. Thereafter, users can get their instruments recalibrated from Enviro Instruments which has a fully functional - In house calibration laboratory - Enviro Instruments Calibration Laboratory (ECL)

Even the best equipment can give erratic results if it is not handled properly. Therefore, it is important for a person using instrument to be adequately trained on its operation and maintenance.
